oatmeal wheat bread

 Look at my lovest  multi-grain molasses bread ,it's the first time I try to made it today.

 I try to use the nearest materials  to do it , beside  applesauce. I didn't use it to put in, because I don't have it  even haven't an apple at my home.I forgot to buy it. So I take it out from the recipe that just make the dough not so sticky.  

 The finalest ferment  I take a long time until to bake it, so it look more fluffy.But it's OK, just apply to my mom's favor. I will eat it tomorrow morning be my breakfast.I almost can't wait to try it's flavor thought time a little late now.

 I took a lot pictures of it just love the smell. It 's one of my happiness things happened today.I really love this bread.
