special bagel NO OIL

 Yesterday I try to eat hot cocoa with marshmallows special for myself.The soft spongy sweaty taste of marshmallows, for me it's better  to eat it directly.
 Then I have leisure time to make these special bagel no oil for myself.One I do it with  my lover jam another with cinnamon grapes+walnuts.This time I try to use organic flour , it's taste really different with non-organic.I LIKE~

I really love this taste.What I use to make the dough :

white flour 500g

                                                                      whole wheat flour 500g
                                                                      brown sugar 80g
                                                                      salt 12g
                                                                      dry yeast 12g
                                                                       water 550g

This is the first time I try this classic flavor of American snake.  

It let me know what's the taste of it. Despite of it's nutrition concern, it's taste really let me smile.

 I try to eat it from one circle then repeat to taste more circle almost can't stop . Hard crunch,  strong flavor really catch my heart.Then I used my homemade strawberry jam to make the toast.It's really so special nice.

Response to the Katie about her writing of new plan

In these three days  I just  stared my new work. It's nothing about how salary I can earn.  It's really about where my life will be going to.Although  it's only has the basic salary,but now I think  I like these kind of work. I think I will continue to work here.I really make a lot of change of it. My working  place is the foundation of the work-training education association.The child  who has the lowest learning ability,they provide these child who can be on  probation at this place.

My work is divide in two part of  it. Daytime I work at their bake factory , work and teach these child to have real products for sale.I am one of the teachers.Afternoon I move to their real bakery shop for sale bread cake cookies with another child who can handle these things.In these three days I am still learning with these child,too. I think I am really happy to work here now on this moment.I don't just want to work hard but has it's valuable for my life,the real life I need to enjoy and have attempted.GOOD LUCH to my friends who has the same confuse with me,let's start our life adventure!!

the report from sunday

 Hello~everyone I think I need more skin care so I have the courage to show up my picture in the morning~but anyway~forgive it~this morning I don't have any  sunny care for my skin then  rush out to do workout in this fresh-air early morning. Today's weather here is perfect to go out of warm house.

This is actually the report from Sunday because my computer shut down so delay to today that I have the time to report it again.

 Yesterday I & my mom both have the mood to make dumpling done,it's really take a lot of time to finish almost 100 of these. 

 This is the special dumpling for myself. I like it bigger that I can fire it to eat,the  crunch taste is my favor est. My mom used to water boiled it then eat it with garlic soil sauce .

 Today the weather is  a little cold but still sunny .It's really nice to have a short distance travel. So we decide to take 1 hr bus trip to have strawberry picking,so nice, I love fruit picking.   

At noon time we eat at the local famous oldest street food server shop to eat our lunch but it's too oil for me .I need more light vegetables.

When we wait the bus come, it's still have one more hour to wait. So we enter a bakery shop to have a sit to take a rest with one  pot of fruit tea .

Then I buy one today's special bread introduced by bakery owner. It's fruity strong smell let me happy. My Mon & I  both LOVE it.

When we come back home, I can't wait to try my strawberry jam make. Oh~ My God~so sweet flavor~ only can say don't left it until tomorrow to test. I think tomorrow I will try to make strawberry toast.
